What one reviewer said

“Expo village is a good locality to stay. They have a small park here which is nice to have some green space. Very close to the metro station. It's nice and quiet (for now - I expect it be a bit noisy once there are more flights taking off/landing to the DWC airport). There's a mall but has been closed since the expo event. I hear they say it will open up again but dont know when... The apartments are newly designed so things are in order. Security is good. I have the same problem which many other residents have complained is the rough speed bumps and countless number of the bumps. It takes almost 5 min to get in or out because of these rough bumps which are not good for the spine but also th…”

“We have lived here for 2.5 years. The management are the absolute worst. Every request is an issue and an argument. "No" is the first thing they say to absolutely everything. They are unreasonable. The maintenance team are fab. So glad to be moving from here and never have to deal with expo management again.”

“Leasing agent promised to get us a second parking spot and stopped responding after we signed and paid the commission. We have a 2 bedroom apartment but only one parking spot. If i had known it was nearly impossible to get a second parking spot, we wouldve reconsidered signing the contract”

“After residing at Expo Village Residence 3, my experience has unfortunately been disappointing due to several recurring issues that significantly impact day-to-day living. The biggest concern is the acoustic privacy, which is exceptionally poor. Noise from adjacent apartments, the unit above, and surrounding areas travels far too easily, making it difficult to enjoy peace and quiet inside your own home. The building management is, without question, the weakest aspect of the residence. There appears to be a complete lack of accountability and ownership when issues are raised. Residents are expected to comply with numerous strict and sometimes illogical rules, yet the level of professionalism and service provided by management does not reflect those expectations. The parking area is another major frustration. The steep, hill-like speed humps are unnecessarily aggressive and impractical. Combined with the extremely tight parking spaces, getting yourself—or worse, a baby in a stroller or car seat—in and out of the vehicle becomes a daily challenge. Perhaps the most frustrating issue is accessibility during Expo events. A journey that should normally take two minutes to enter your own building can easily turn into an hour-long ordeal because of traffic management. Despite this being a predictable and recurring problem, there appears to be little to no proactive action or effective planning from the building management to minimize the impact on residents. Finally, the refund process is unacceptable. Receiving a refund can take up to two months, and communication from management often consists of shifting responsibility to the finance team rather than taking ownership or providing meaningful updates. That said, the community itself deserves recognition. The residents are friendly and supportive, and the community group is genuinely helpful and kind. Having Happy Feet Nursery within the building is a significant advantage for families with toddlers. Additionally, the nearby restaurants are good, and the metro connectivity makes commuting convenient. Overall, while the location and community have their strengths, the poor management, lack of acoustic privacy, impractical parking design, event-related access issues, and inefficient refund process make it difficult to recommend living here.”

“Love the community and everything. The only problem i have is during night time, they have a terrible sewage smell coming, they do not clean the balcony facade, like its so dirty. PARKING LOT IS TERRIBLE, HORRENDOUS. built so bad, and theres ALOT of speed bumps that ruined my car and I had to go to the garage to get it fixed. its built terrible and i complained and they dismissed it. they also dont allow pets, tbh i would say this place is a 50-50. ALSO, not sound proof at all. I can hear my neighbors.”

I have the same problem which many other residents have complained is the rough speed bumps and countless number of the bumps. It takes almost 5 min to get in or out because of these rough bumps which are not good for the spine but also the car suspension and the fuel efficiency. Hope the management can make some appropriate changes. The gym is great and has all equipments. Good part is that each cluster has their own swimming pool and gym so the crowd is controlled. There's another issue of snapping balcony doors which I suspect happens when someone else in the building is opening or closing their balcony door and the sound travels through all the balcony frames which are connected from the ceiling to the floor... Lastly, there's no supermarket or restaurant options nearby so you can only rely on delivery apps for now (fortunately they deliver till here!)”

“We moved in on April 2025 and the place is lovely and the front staff and security team is amazing. Even the surrounding is well maintained. However filing a complaint or a request is not taken seriously. They close the tickets without any solution. The glass panels or windows and the balcony has never been cleaned since we moved even after several requests. The parking is a nightmare. The bumps are so high and very uncomfortable for the spine and pregnant ladies. Also it literally takes 5minutes to exit the parking for the way it's built without tact. Unnecessary fuel burn and not eco friendly. So I hope the management takes necessary actions because it's such a beautiful place to live in.”

“Clean and quiet place to live in. Particularly we like that it is safe for children , having two children’s parks in the community. Not too happy with the parking garage though, as it has way too many rough bumps , which aren’t good for the cars.. and pets are not allowed in the building,so if you have pets and want to move in, you can’t do it , and even visitors either pets sent allowed.. my son was visiting us with a small dog and he was turned away, so he had to go back home:(”
