“A very unpleasant place to call home. You will constantly smell food coming from your neighbors’ apartments. You honestly have to think twice before inviting anyone over because the odors throughout the building can be extreme. You also can’t really use the balcony due to the constant dust, sand, and nonstop construction noise 24/7. Mold is everywhere, especially around the AC units. The apartment barely gets any natural sunlight. The windows offer no sound insulation at all..”

“Very bad experience, noisy dirty and dusty environment because if traffic and construction, bad smells of food and cigarets at any time, disrespectful neighbors making noise at incredible hours, poor facility management very bad quality gym and pool, fire alarm triggered very often without reason during the night sleeping hours elevator gets stuck many times and insects everywhere because of poor hygiene and dirtiness everywhere in the building Was very glad to leave this place after one year If you complain to the company managing the building they barely answer after 20 emails and 3 weeks and all their replies are generic and useless Very disappointed and glad to have left after one year !”

“Despite that the building has good amenities I do not advise you to live here, management are so bad, they will ask you to pay for everything, now one bill is 700 aed for water leakage , 350 aed for alarm fixing and the payment are endless .. in the summer the building is full of mold, the walls are totally covered because there is a huge leaking in the building .”

“I have been living in this building for a year and have discovered many problems, such as issues with cockroaches. The pest control service here is cheap and not serious at all. In the first months of living here, I had to hire an external company myself, and they found that there were a lot of cockroach eggs inside the baseboards, which nobody had ever treated properly. Just imagine what it’s like in the other apartments. Even if you clean one unit, it almost makes no sense because cockroaches will just come from the neighboring units through the corridor. One day, I even saw a live cockroach inside the freezer. The air conditioners have not been cleaned for an entire year, and when we requested cleaning, they just wiped them with a cloth. There are also noisy neighbors on all sides who become active during the night, especially with kids who are supposed to be sleeping, not making noise. Additionally, some neighbors leave their garbage out without disposing of it properly. The only advantages are that the building is located close to the mall and has decent furniture, and that’s all. I do not recommend this building.”

“Avoid this building at all costs. The positive reviews are fake — only the negatives are true. The management is rude and does not care about hygiene. It’s a dirty place. I’ve never seen any proper maintenance; AC cleaning is just wiping the vents with cloths. The building is full of mold, but covered up with paint. Cockroaches and mice everywhere. The maintenance staff rude and disrespectful. The building has an unbearable smell due to poor ventilation-mold .The pool is rarely working and if it is ,it’s so dirty you risk your health.the gym is old without AC.”
