“Very poor management from al wasl , horrible customer service, no head offices to discuss issues with them. Never reply to emails. Deposit money has not been returned by them since over 6 month , due to their own mistakes. Approval for changes given and then kept the deposit money saying approval was not given , even after contacting them with proof of email from their behalf , no response after . Villa 28 is being used as construction site office for AMANA STEEL , with unprofessional staff who don’t wear mask, pollute the community and no efforts to improve after month of debate with them. Would really consider before investing in al wasl properties , better companies in Dubai when it comes to customer care and environment concerns Al was properties has allowed around 20 construction staff to live in villa 28 in gardenia townhouse, they refuse to reply to any tenants email asking them when they going to move out . The contract ran out two months ago and they are still staying in the community , distracting the neighbours and not respecting the COVID 19 GUIDELINES . Many people in the community including security have reported these issues to al was since the month of February but all have been ignored by them . PLEASE DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM AS THEY WILL TAKE IT AND NEVER REPLY TO ANY REQUEST OF YOUR AFTER READ ALL THE REVIEWS OF PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND WHO THEY REALLY ARE !!!!!!!”

“It is a community with neighbors that will be there for you. Ask a question and get 5 neighbors answering you in a minute. The townhouses layouts are the best, very spacious, airy, and you get sunlight in all the rooms as the windows are ceiling to floor. I love being in Gardenia and wouldn't choose any other community.”
