“In my personal experience, I was only able to stay in this building for five months and decided to terminate my contract early due to constant noise from four nearby construction sites. There were frequent disturbances during the day, and at times even construction activity during the night, which made it very difficult to rest properly. I was also disappointed with the communication from the building management and service staff. In my experience, interactions often felt unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. You can also take a look at the view from the balcony. Even from the photo, it gives a clear impression of the high noise levels during the day”

“In my personal experience, I was only able to stay in this building for five months and decided to terminate my contract early due to constant noise from four nearby construction sites. There were frequent disturbances during the day, and at times even construction activity during the night, which made it very difficult to rest properly. I was also disappointed with the communication from the building management and service staff. In my experience, interactions often felt unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. “The apartments have a great layout - modern, spacious, bright, and functional, making everyday life truly enjoyable. The overall design is elegant and the common areas are always clean, comfortable, and inviting. A special mention to the management and maintenance team - communication is smooth, they're always accessible, responsive, and genuinely positive. It's rare to find such a positive team and it really makes a difference in daily life. Finally, a huge appreciation to the building owner for her commitment to creating a real sense of community. It really feels like a place where you belong and can truly relax and enjoy living.”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this building. The management team is highly professional, always responsive, and truly cares about residents’ comfort. The common areas are spotless, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything feels well-organized and secure. The building itself is modern, quiet, and very well-maintained — with great facilities, clean hallways, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are polite, respectful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.”

“Really happy to have been one of the early tenants at Herad Tower. The building is stylish, modern and extremely well managed. My cat Pixie and I love our 2-bedroom apartment.. it’s fantastic. Everything I requested was not only met but exceeded. The team here is always approachable and quick to get things done. Well done to Tony, Sharmain, Ibrahim and Madam Khitam. It’s a pleasure to be part of this community.”

“This building offers modern, stylish layouts with stunning views of the Dubai Marina, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Al Khail Road. The location is excellent with very easy entry and exit points, making daily commutes smooth and convenient.”
