From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“This building is ideal for families. It boasts a serene and peaceful ambiance with 24-hour security and amenities such as a gym, sunbathing area, closed swimming pool, and a secure parking area. The interior features a spacious and well-designed bathroom, with a variety of colors, sizes, shapes, and space utilization. The kitchen, however, is somewhat poorly designed. The space utilization is not optimal considering the new building, which was constructed in 2015-16. A modular kitchen is expected in this type of building. The lack of a fridge space is a bit annoying. The Exterior, in the visinity of 200-300 mtr supermarket like pasons, Shaklan, Madeena, kids play ground are available which make life easy if staying with families.”
