“Full disappointment from the excellent at first glance complex. I must note a good location and a successful panic of the entire area, and the villas data. But the whole positive listings are covered with realities that had to face in place. - significant delay of construction periods ( from summer 2024 to spring 2026) - Changes in building layout during construction ( in my case changed 4 floors both on walls and size of the pool) "There are a lot of short-range at the time of the building. - Replacement of the electronics brands declared in the contract with Japanese and European to Chinese and Indian ( which are not equivalent) - And most importantly , the complete lack of communication from the developer. The staff interacting with clients evade any dialogue. Only one formal answer is received on several official letters and claims, without any specific. At repeated personal office, responsible staff are always either busy or left. - In 2 months after the claim (description and photo of problem places) nothing is fixed. So while I conclude that after full payment the client becomes not interested in the developer.”

“Handover team is very unprofessional, handover is late 4 months. Snagging was done 2 months ago, still nothing is fixed. Very bad management and people who are representing are just lying to us. We are losing a lot of money every day because they’re not doing anything. Very disappointing experience”
