“I have been living here for 3 years now, and everything was good until the management changed and they just care about making money. I cannot get my car washed in the parking now, they removed the guest parking area, and they tried multiple times to trick me into illegally increasing the rent and changing the clauses of the contract to offload their maintenance responsibilities.”

“Very nice building and very nice view. However to be avoided because of their building management behavior. Very quick to cash your rent cheque, but when it comes to returning your security deposit after 3 years, it's another story: extremely slow (more than 6 weeks by relaunching them at least 5 times) and deducting amounts without objective facts . Reading new comment from Maria, I'm not the only one - I have also hired a company to repaint the overall appartement but management charged me for extra job also saying "it didn't answer their quality criteria " - seems to be generic behavior”
