“Amazing experience from start to finish. Erwin and Sita at the reception were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you to Wanida for one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She is truly talented, highly skilled, and very professional. Her technique, attention to detail, and care throughout the session were outstanding. She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I really appreciate her kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“My experience with this property was disappointing, mostly because of the attitude towards guests. If your guests are staying in the apartments located within the same building rather than in the hotel itself, be aware that valet parking is charging ridiculous fee of AED 300. I only found this out when taking back the car, at the hand over I was told just to stamp the ticket at the reception. A simple warning would have avoided the frustration, that they are not stamping or accepting free valet for guest staying in apartments. What was more surprising, however, was the response to another incident. My friends left a bottle of water on a plant pot near the valet area for a short time. They were just standing next to it, and when they turned, it was gone - someone stole it. What matters here is how the situation was handled. The security didn't pay much attention to this issue. Duty manager who came after explained that if an item (bottle of water) is left unattended, anyone may take it, and for him this was acceptable because "it is a five-star hotel". I found that explanation difficult to understand. A five-star property should be associated with higher standards of service, security and guest care, not lower expectations. Luxury hospitality is not tested when everything goes well. It is tested when something small goes wrong and staff have an opportunity to show professionalism and care. In this case, that opportunity was missed.”

“My stay at the hotel has been exceptional from check-in until now, and I am still thoroughly enjoying the experience. The service has been seamless, professional, and genuinely warm throughout. Ayman at reception made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, while Ahmed from the concierge has been consistently attentive and proactive. Housekeeping has been outstanding, special thanks to Syed for his professionalism and attention to detail. The engineering team has also been very responsive and efficient. Every interaction reflects a strong culture of hospitality and care. A wonderful stay that I would highly recommend”
