“The building has undergone a good upgrade and has good facilities and apartments are all furnished. The management need to clean the building facade more regularly but a pleasant place to stay.”

“🚫Do not invest your money in this Horrible Building , smelly corridors 🚫 No swimming pool Very poor gym machines are not working Poor maintenance Major problems with the Ac Noisy early in the morning and late at night cause of sharing people speak loudly NO RESPECT , Full of cockroaches full of Rats coming from the ceiling to the cabinets and if you forget your door open it comes from the ceiling When i asked help they didnt do anything, i informed management but they didnt even take action to make pest control Lift always dirty Alarm without no reason in weekends 6 am And during the week midnight Gas leakage every day they disconnect to fix Humidity and mold in all the building”

“I am living here last 3 years as a resident, only one negative point is day shift security humble request to management if it possible to replace him with like night shift security, night shift security is very humble and good person”

“One of the worst buildings I lived in Dubai, now and a week after my residence, I saw this building a lot of problems, including the fire alarm, which is repeated repeatedly and repeated without any reason, as well as gas alarm, insects, zero cleanliness, and unpleasant odours, and the pool has been closed for two years. It is very strange, and the GYM is so bad that I did not expect, many of the shortcomings and the equipment is old and dangerous that are not qualified in the first place. I do not advise anyone to live here, it is really 10/0-”

“I have never lived here but researched and viewed this building as part of something that I do. It was completed in 2016 but from the current state of the building, it looks like as if its 15 years old! Good for someone who wants to find a cheap apartment for living but definitely not worth for investing folks.”
