“This building is very bad. Security asks me for my access card every day even though I work here and always carry it to open the door. There is no gym in the building and no swimming pool either. It is very old and in poor condition. When my contract ends, I will move to a better building.”

“This building is very bad. Security asks me for my access card every day even though I work here and always carry it to open the door. There is no gym in the building and no swimming pool either. It is very old and in poor condition. When my contract ends, I will move to a better building.”

“Nothing works properly in this building. Things are constantly breaking, and you should be prepared for ongoing problems. Be ready for water leaks from the ceiling, air conditioning failures, and a serious cockroach issue throughout the building.Overall, the maintenance and management are extremely disappointing.”

“Faulty, stupid alarm that starts blaring in the middle of the night, early mornings, on weekend when you’re trying to rest or at any time of the day. Worst ever alarm system in entire Dubai. Please avoid this stupid building if you can. I think the building management is not interested in upgrading this stupid system, if there’s a slight smoke in someone’s apartment everyone in the building will be disturbed. I am seriously confused who’re these people who are giving 5 stars & on what basis. Feels scam. With the recent change is the new management, it has gotten worse. They have started behaving like they’re Emaar /Ellington building in Downtown. Terrible attitude.”

“Worst building management with too many unnecessary rules. The swimming pool is not working, and there are frequent false alarm issues. Even for small maintenance work, approval from higher authorities is required, and tenants have to wait for hours. They impose unnecessary rules on tenants, yet they fail to do their own job properly.”

“This is the most disgusting house, the AC doesn't work or always breaks down, there's no gym, no hall, the alarm goes off all the time both morning and night right in the apartment, in general this is a disgusting house and the neighborhood is the same.”
