“We’ve been living in La Vita Bella for some time now and overall, it’s a great place to call home. Our apartment is spacious with a large terrace that we absolutely love – perfect for enjoying the weather and spending time with our dog. The amenities are a huge highlight – the rooftop infinity pool is stunning, and there’s also a sauna, steam room, tennis and padel courts, plus a kids’ playground. Everything you need is right here. However, there are a few ongoing maintenance issues that really need attention. The most concerning is the sewage smell, which we’ve reported over a year ago. While the maintenance team does clean the drainage when we raise it, the issue seems to go deeper than…”

“Worst building management ever. Very unprofessional non responsive. It's been months we are complaining about neighbors making noises, dogs barking day and night, the building maintenence, cockroaches, yet they are doing nothing to resolve the issues”

“I currently live here, I cannot wait to move out. The management company, the maintenance and the security are absolutely atrocious. They hit you with charges that have nothing to do with you like A/C leaking from the infrastructure of the building from outside your apartment. The security are about as useless as can be and the maintenance have no idea what they are actually doing they just make a mess of everything they do.”

“We’ve been living in La Vita Bella for some time now and overall, it’s a great place to call home. Our apartment is spacious with a large terrace that we absolutely love – perfect for enjoying the weather and spending time with our dog. The amenities are a huge highlight – the rooftop infinity pool is stunning, and there’s also a sauna, steam room, tennis and padel courts, plus a kids’ playground. Everything you need is right here. However, there are a few ongoing maintenance issues that really need attention. The most concerning is the sewage smell, which we’ve reported over a year ago. While the maintenance team does clean the drainage when we raise it, the issue seems to go deeper than that – and unfortunately, it hasn’t been resolved. We’ve also experienced the fire alarm randomly going off, sometimes even at night, which can be quite disturbing. Additionally, there was a period when mosquitoes were a big issue, entering from the main corridors into our unit. While this was addressed, they do return occasionally. Despite these setbacks, the building has a lot to offer and the staff does try to help. If the key issues were permanently fixed, this would easily be a 5-star place. Fingers crossed improvements continue!”

“Avoid La Vita Bella at all costs. This is by far the worst managed building I’ve ever lived in. The management company, Rocky, is a complete disaster: unprofessional, unhelpful, and only interested in squeezing every last dirham out of tenants. When you move out, they’ll hit you with outrageous charges—500 AED just for painting or “polishing” the floor. It’s basically extortion for normal wear and tear after a year of paying rent on time. They don’t care about residents at all, only about inventing fees to keep your deposit. Save yourself the headache and find literally any other building with competent management. Total scam and a disgrace to property management in Dubai”

“I'm a resident and I don't think the 1 star reviews are from people actually living in this building. It's a new building and the management team are incredibly kind and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained. They genuinely care that you are happy. Furthermore, there is no construction noise outside and the surroundings are good too.”

“The quality was super amazing last year, but now they have ruined it. The washrooms in the pool area are super hot without lights and AC. No cold water in the washrooms as well!”

“Very disappointing experience at La Vita Bella. The building is poorly managed, with constant maintenance issues that are simply not addressed. You can report a problem and wait for days, or even weeks and months, without anyone showing up or offering a solution. It really feels like no one is taking responsibility. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for a place where things actually get fixed.”
