“I would not recommend living here. The building is surrounded by major construction on both sides, with a huge development taking place directly outside. This means constant early morning noise, high level of pollution and dust, and ongoing disruption. It's impossible to enjoy the balcony as clothes left outside end up covered in construction dust. The quality of the apartments is the worst I have seen in Dubai. The paintwork is unfinished and messy, walls are already crumbling, door frames have holes, and the flooring is chipped. “I would not recommend living here. The building is surrounded by major construction on both sides, with a huge development taking place directly outside. This means constant early morning noise, high level of pollution and dust, and ongoing disruption. It's impossible to enjoy the balcony as clothes left outside end up covered in construction dust. The quality of the apartments is the worst I have seen in Dubai. The paintwork is unfinished and messy, walls are already crumbling, door frames have holes, and the flooring is chipped. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbours coughing and having normal conversations. To make matters worse, the building has a serious cockroach problem, which suggests pest control is not being managed properly. The maintenance team has been extremely disappointing. I reported several issues over a month ago and they're still unresolved despite repeated follow ups. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor build quality, ongoing construction noise, and pest issues have made living here a very bad experience. I'll be very happy to be moving out.”

“This building done even deserve 1star very very bad building you hear everything from outside and even your Nabours you don’t have privacy and the meters that they use is very cheep quality and there is construction around the building”

“It is a new building, so everything is clean and nice. The pool is beautiful at night with lights. There is a kids play area and a gym, so it is very good for families. The area around the residence is quiet and comfortable. I like this building!”

“The operations company has been extremely unprofessional. They do not respond to WhatsApp messages or phone calls. The security guard, Simon, appears unaware of his responsibilities and allows vehicles to park without any control, despite the fact that the parking area is fully covered by cameras. Furthermore, if someone occupies your assigned parking space and you attempt to identify which apartment is responsible, he refuses to cooperate or provide any assistance, I also personally visited the operations office at JScom Tower to report these issues; however, no action was taken.”

“One of the worst building i have ever seen the security doesn’t do their job no control over the kids they are playing the whole day in front of the appartment ..the noise is soo much the walls are paper thin. A horrible experience”

“Very bad housing, I really regret living here. A new problem every day in the apartment. The AC emits a foul smell. There's no hot water. The sewage is blocked. The building is in a disastrous state. It looks nice from the outside but inside the housing is very poor. No one listens to residents' complaints and no one fixes the problems. My AC stopped for two days and no one cared. The bathroom glass fell and broke on its own due to poor quality, and no one cared either. I don't recommend this housing to anyone.”
