What once seemed a charming and conveniently located residence is now overshadowed by severe sewage problems that consume our weekends as we oversee necessary repairs. The persistent plumbing issues, compounded by constant noise and construction disturbances, have rendered our apartment nearly uninhabitable. Despite the understanding shown by building security and our landlord, the recent rental increases are unjustifiable given the ongoing discomfort and potential health hazards like mold and poor ventilation. As our lease draws to a close, we find ourselves compelled to search for a more suitable living situatio…”

“Renting and buying an apartment are expensive, but the conditions are absolutely hellish. Every day, there's drilling in various corners of the building, and construction nearby means constant dust. For your money, you get a headache and uncomfortable living conditions. For example, last year, the ground floor was being demolished and renovated, and no one cares what happens to the residents with children. You can't go outside because of the dust and heat, and you can hear the drills everywhere in the buildings. The air is dry, and there are leaks in the bathroom. The children's area is musty, and another skyscraper is being built next door, meaning the air is dirty and unsafe. It's pure hell and torment.”

I cannot recommend this property—beware, as this "lemon" of an apartment makes for a very sour and unpleasant experience.”
