“This building has very poor soundproofing, the walls are thin. There's a lot of construction going on in the area, and it's very noisy. The pool was closed several times for a month or two at a time. They said they were heating it, but no, it's still just as cold. The driveway to the building is inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend anyone move in here, especially with children. The price is unjustified.”

“Management will require you to pay service package for maintenance and when we didnt subscribe we had a hard time when we need service, even if we outsource, they were not allowed to enter at the time.
Our flat ended up with a lot of cockroaches and needed a full house pest control twice . Construction on 3 corners so its noisy all day..
No parking for guests, pool is not temperature regulated so its always cold on winter or too hot on summer.
Difficult to stay at specially if u have a child. No pathway to walk them outside and its very dusty.”

“If you are thinking of moving into this building, don't. This building has no soundproofing at all. You will hear the neighbors, people at the pool, and, worst of all, there is currently construction on all three sides of the building, so you can hear the machines non-stop. If you work the morning shift, don't worry—the sound of the machines will wake you up at 6 AM; you don't have to set an alarm. The pool is cute, but you can't enjoy it anymore because of the noise. The terraces are constantly dirty because of the dust from the construction.
Management decided to enter the parking lot through license plate recognition. We all had to register, and when it went into effect, it didn't work. This means you can't enter the parking lot, and security won't open the ramp for you even though they see you waiting in front.
If you want to have annual maintenance, you have to pay extra for that, depending on the size of the apartment.
There are cockroaches; I see them all the time in the garbage room. Building management often does pest control, but there are still some. I call pest control twice a year for my apartment.”

Maison VI in JVC is a fantastic place to live. The building is modern, with spacious apartments and stylish interiors. The location is convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. “Please think before you move into this building! The worst and most impolite service you can encounter!
They are trying to cheat you very badly in everything ( for example: 1. You will pay for breakdowns of the fire alarm system in the rented apartment. 2. Never agree to an increase in the rent, you are being deceived, call the Dubai department (( Even if you cry every day, nothing will help you without this! )) and for 500 aed, they will confirm that Mason VI has no right to increase the rent so much! )
The pool is not suitable for use: 1. They turned off the cooling and heating system in the pool to save money. 2. They turned off the lights in the pool area for almost the entire 2024. 3. The pool area is very dirty, it is impossible to put a towel on the sun lounger, it gets dirty. 4. WARNING There is no lifeguard at the pool in the evening from 8 to 10, also for the sake of economy, be careful with children!
Engineering errors were made during the construction of the building, after each rain, the walls will be covered with mold for at least another six months, and you will breathe dust and clean up the construction mess after the workers!
P.s. Be careful and read the contract before signing. Until the staff changes, there will most likely be no order in the building. Special greetings to the manager with tattoos on his hands!”

“Nice building, but all time trouble with management. They forgot all time to fix something , but can’t forget increase payments for the next contract coz it’s more important than good service . Staff are not friendly especially new security who said ; will not open parking ( which included in contact) coz my card is not working for parking. And huge moment management “fixed” my card 3 times and it still doesn’t work. Only wasted my time.
When this building finally will work properly? Day by day it’s looks more like prison. They switched off ac coz I said that I will not pay for some stupid not my mistake and now I have to pay for av maintenance lol just lol. I will never recommend this building”
