“As per the port saeed area this is one of the best place to live. Appartments are very spacious and practical. But unfortunately there is construction site going on right next to it which is bit loud but again it's not a permanent hope it will be soon resolved”

“Location wise a good place but very noisy surroundings plus the management is very lazy and not professional. The fire alarm rings everyday literally everyday and sometimes Twice thrice in a day!! The amenities and services are poor. Quality of material used very poor and cheap. Security and watchman have no idea absolutely what’s happening ..no control … and the maintenance team can’t get a thing fixed in first visit it has to be multiples.. torcher!!”

“Good location, Not worth the price, very poor management, zero amenities. Pros - Clean and in good condition since its new and less than 1 year old - Ample sunlight across all apartments. Strong point. - Location is very good Cons - Rental too high for the amenities and size of the apartment. Not worth it. - Management team/staff is not responsive. Need lot of work in this area. In case of any issue reported, you'll waste a lot of time following up on status and closure. They do have an app to report but no use. - Continuous hissing sound comes from windows throughout the night. - AC duct throws a lot of dust, mostly fibers which can be damaging to health over long term. - Extremely misleading contract during the first one year. They will make you sign for 13 months and after a year, they will not even drop a penny in spite of the entire rental market gone down by more than 20%. - The entrance doors to the building are too tight and heavy to open, no automatic sliding doors. - No seating arrangement at the reception area which every other building in Dubai has. Wonder how they missed providing such basic amenities.”

“I don't recomend to live in this building as it has a lot of issues like, noise from outside, non stop construction 🚧 going on next to building. You can hear wierd hissing sound from window during windy weather. From bedroom crearly can hear flashing water from level up 👆, garbage bin is to loud 🔊 when someone throws from top floors. At the end for this price not worth to live in. 🚫”
