“Dirty building; saving money where they can. AC is turned down everywhere; Gym is a mess of broken devices; windows are so dirty you cannot look through. The 5 days I was there, I at least killed 12 bugs. Stay away if you respect you health.”

“I was a tenant in marina park It was the worst year in my life the building is very old AC in not working perfectly and the owner (building manager)is refusing to repair it Pay attention of scamming they will let you break the contract and pay fines”

“Disgusting building! Lots of bugs! Dirty, the pool hasn't worked for almost a year, only the treadmill works in the gym. Construction work is carried out here from Monday to Saturday and from 9 am, although in all of Dubai the law is from Monday to Friday and from 10 am!”

“Very convenient location (near metro, Marina Walk and many restaurants and supermarkets). Friendly security. Human size low rise building (but old and could do with renovation).”
