“Unprofessional behavior and verbal abuse by staff "I had a very disappointing experience at Masaken 1, Al Muteena. While trying to check in and provide my ID, two staff members (a security guard and another worker) were shouting at each other. When I politely asked them to listen for a second so I could give my room details, the worker started shouting foul language and insulting me. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the security guard did nothing to stop him. This building’s staff treats delivery drivers with zero respect. Extremely unprofessional and toxic environment." Am a delivery boy not a iron man”

“Frequent maintenance issues in building. Paint job outside taking more than 2 months. Not able to use balcony due to frequent debris falling. Complained to management but they don't seem to know when the work will finish. 21-Jan (10:00pm) - someone is drilling for more than 45min at night and security guard is unable to track. Goes and sits back at reception after checking for 5 min. Everyone is getting disturbed and unable to sleep but to no avail.”
