“I recommend it. One of the best buildings on JVC. It has beautiful apartments, a spacious pool and a very aesthetic appearance. The rent is adequate to the standard. There are many negative opinions that are not true. There are no rats here, air conditioning works well and everything is as it should be. I like it here so much that I extended my stay in this place for another year.”

“Don’t live here. I paid 8500 AED last year for a studio for one month because it was new years. Rats, roaches, mosquitoes, mold, filthy filthy place. Security is so nice and friendly but the apartment is a dump and so is the building. I lived there a total 4 months, worst 4 months ever.”

“Not recommended, The neighbors are annoying and move the furniture in the middle of night without any consideration. Unfortunately, the security did nothing with them after multiple complaints. I will have to leave the building and pay a two-month fine to the owner in order to escape this disturbance.”

“Air conditioners in half the building do not function properly, there is humidity in the apartments. In places, mold is appearing on the walls and ceilings.”

“I would not suggest anyone this place, this place is infected with cockroaches crawling in the apartments… Apartment other room AC had almost zero cooling, complained many times but could not be fixed and that’s the maximum AC division in two rooms… Lobby AC doesn’t work properly , when in October lobby was warm , imagine how hot it will get in summer time…”

“Great place! Stayed here for 6 months, never had any issue. Apartment was amazing, pool and GYM as well. Definitely coming here again once I come back to Dubai 😍”
