From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Honestly, the staff here made our whole trip. A massive shoutout to MWafaq—the guy is a total legend and unbelievably professional. He just handles everything with so much class, you can tell he really cares about the guests. Also, a big thanks to Mena from the morning shift! Starting the day with Mena’s great energy and helpful vibe was exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find people who make you feel this at home. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands with these two”
