“I was looking for an apartment in Silicon Oasis and I visited this building many times betweenAugust and November because I thought it is a good building but 3 times out of 4 visits the AC was off during the day and tempreture was high and corridors smell bad. But they kept telling me that AC works based on a timer which is not true. They wasted my time!”

“Cleanest and most beautiful building in Silicon Oasis. The pool is 200 meters deep. The gym is better than Fitness First. Building cleanliness, entrances, and treatment of residents are elegant. One of the most beautiful buildings in Dubai.”

“I visited Mirage Residence and I was really impressed with the quality of the building and available amenities compared to other buildings around silicon oasis. I have accepted to live here as their management service is outstanding.”

“This building is like a big sauna. Aircondition is always closed inside building aminities which cause bad smell and high humidity inside corridors. I visited the building 3 times to view one vacant bed room for rent. And every time the aircondition is off and they say it works on timer and then next day I come during the time they told me it is on but again it is not working. Eventually I rented in a different building where the aircondition is on 24 hours.”

“Zero Professionalism, Zero Employee engagement, No knowledge how to treat people with respect, Always lie and brags about quality but ultimately charge lot of money for snagging, Really Bad experience staying @Mirage. Front Office ladies changes everytime like we change clothes as they kept leaving this organisation. I feel pity for those who work there, Hope they are well being paid, I hope I cleared my point for those who see mirage with different perspective.”
