“Good living space but there is a massive problem of very small ant infestation, living within the wall. Cockroaches come and go. I wouldn't buy anything here until it is solved, as even without this the property isn't in a good shape and the management doesn't do anything about trash let in the corridor (thus attracting pest). The automatic door for the parking works once on five times - so much time lost... It did the job for a year but very happy to be gone!”

“Location is good in terms of entry / exit from JVC, but that's about it. I didn't mind living here when the 1 BHK was for 36k, but looking at the current market prices, I would advise against this building, as it is not worth 54k. The finishing is horrible (cabinets falling apart, walls cracking everywhere, AC cooler leaking from the ceiling, etc.), with a constant problem with ants (they live in the walls and floors somehow). And nowadays it has developed into cockroach infestation. The tenants are dirty and don't know how to throw the garbage down the chute, and management isn't doing anything to change that. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. It was bad enough when the property was under National Bonds corporation, but ever since they sold all the units, it's gotten even worse.”

“Apartment and area is lovely but the maintainence of the building is nothing less than pathetic. One month living in this building and had the worst experience with the maintainence. Updated on 27th Oct 2020: After escalations we found the right person who understands customer service and he has taken things in his own hands to fix it. Increased it to 3 stars as the building is nice Update Sept 2022. Let's the place in March and till date refund of deposit is not issued. When it comes to their money its urgent but no value for tenants money”

“The worst bulding you can ever live in , property managers are not responding to any of your calls , and they dont care about anything except the rent you are paying every month , so dont waste your money cause no service or facility you will ever have back”
