What one reviewer said

“A good building once. Swimming pools are very small though two available used mostly by bachelors. So families taking ground floor need to be little concern. Small gardens on the ground floor but maintenance is almost zero. Spacious rooms with some of the apartments like duplex. No gym in the building. Overall note good place for bachelors but for families not recomended.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Great building! I like the parking, family oriented structure, and low hassle as it’s a small building. Also, it’s very easy to take and exit to Al khail road!”

“I went to visit the apartment and we decided to move-in. But the owner is a cheapo because of which we decided not to move-in here. If they can’t keep their words, what will they do once we move-in. There are bachelors in the building but they tried to hide this by saying it’s a complete family building. They just need more money and nothing else matters to them. I can’t suggest anyone to move-in here.”

“Avoid renting a place here, walls are very thin without proper sound proofing or insulation, MEP is terrible. The drains smell.”

Nov 2022

“Moved in as soon as the building was completed. There were problems with internet connection (about 3 months with no access). Then problems started with the air conditioner, which would break specifically on weekends when building maintenance couldn't do anything (weekends). I remember we had to change the kitchen tiles because the washing machine size didn't allow it to fit through the opening. The neighboring apartments were like a real communal flat with 5 people in a studio. Police came by weekly for disputes with neighbors. 2 pools that are hard to even call pools because of their tiny sizes and lack of a gym. I lived there only because of the location (at that time there was only one entrance and exit near the building).”

“Pathetic building and security is not good, and agents have made such small rooms within flats it doesn't look safe...it's definitely not a residential place anymore”
