“Hello I have very good living experience in Oasis vista , we just start living on dubai past 2 year frist experience is horrible but now we shifted 1 months before on Oasis vista the maintaines veary well and and facilities ar good , and building facility and management team are very professional and our family is satisfied”

“No AC in kids play area, No maintenance, Dirty swimming pool, No action, No replies on severals mail.
We are treated as if the money we pay them is worthless paper.

“One of the worst buildings to live in, we came in just 3 weeks ago and since we came those are the issues faced, the whole kitchen roof was dripping water for more than 1 week and it took them 2 tries to fix it, sink dripping water took them 2 times to fix it, all sockets are placed in middle of rooms not in floor so no matter what your room will never look good, 1 socket only in the whole kitchen and it is placed bext to the sink 😂, heater of master bedroom is not working, floor tiles are shipped, the kids play room always dirty and hot, they said we dont have cleaner for it, imagine !!!!, all toilet chair back falls on you while setting, the sinks in toils are very shallow, which means a lot of water spilling, management keeps saying yes and yes and nothing is fixed, this last point was the worrrrrst, the A/C of living room is placed behind the TV 😂 this building contractor for sure bribed the inspection and whenever we speak with management they say it is contractor what to do, worst building in whole Dubai, trust us dont take it you will regret !!!”

“Living in Oasis Vista Residences has been extremely frustrating.
The fire alarm keeps going off all the time, sometimes for no clear reason, and it has become unbearable. It disturbs residents during the day and at night, and there is little to no proper communication from management about what is happening or when it will be fixed.
This is not acceptable for any residential building, especially a new one. Residents should not have to live with constant alarms, stress, and poor management response.
The building may look nice, but the living experience is disappointing. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this issue properly instead of leaving residents to deal with the same problem again and again.”

It's situated directly opposite hotel 5 and park, making it perfect for enjoying green spaces and outdoor activities.

“Its been 1 month and they haven’t been able to solve the fire alarm problem, which keeps on ringing at random times during the day and night

“I’ve been living in this building for 1 month and so far the fire alarm has rung over 20 times. It goes off almost daily, mainly in the early mornings or late at night. We have raised the issue to the management many times but no action has been taken. We have sent several emails to them as well and no answer.
Very poor management”
