Negative features: interior temperatures become extreme throughout the summer, most likely because of design shortcomings or an undersized cooling system—discomfort should be anticipated for the entire season. Obtaining a taxi for arrival or departure is extremely difficult; vehicle access is possible only through the parking area, each entry requiring a call button and thereby introducing delay. Once inside, directional signage to individual buildings is absent—this appears to be the sole location in Dubai lacking a proper vehicle reception. Comparable properties include a gym; this one has offered none since May 2023, compelling residents to pay for facilities located in Business Bay. The arrangement is absurd. (Positives: Great walkability and location. Negatives: Horrible AC during summers, no free gym.)”
