“I’ve been living at One of One Luxury Residences for the past 7 months, and I can genuinely say it has been an amazing experience. The level of service, attention to detail, and hospitality have never disappointed me.
A special thank you to Shadi from housekeeping for the exceptional service today. My apartment was cleaned to perfection, and what truly made my day was the thoughtful surprise he left on my bed. After noticing my mandir, he beautifully created Lord Ganesha using towels, along with leaves and a flower. It was such a respectful, creative, and heartfelt gesture that genuinely touched me.
It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond in this way. Shadi’s kindness, dedication, and attention to detail truly reflect the high standards of One of One Luxury Residences. Thank you for making my day so special, you truly deserve recognition!”

“I recently visited this luxury apartment in Dubai and was genuinely impressed. The property has a beautiful modern design, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The amenities are exceptional, with a stunning swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, beautifully maintained rain forest, cinema hall and Golf simulator .
The common areas were spotless, and everything was well maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and made visitors feel welcome, giving the property a safe and premium feel.
Overall, it's a remarkable residential community with top-class facilities. Based on my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury living in Dubai.”

“I had a very bad experience living in this building. I had numerous problems with my first apartment. In the end, they handled it well and moved me to a different apartment, so there were no issues on that front. During my move-out inspection, I was told that my entire security deposit would be refunded. They made up excuses about the old apartment—which I no longer lived in and no longer owned—to avoid returning my full security deposit, which is unacceptable.
This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Other friends of mine have seen this same situation happen to their friends. Personally, I call this a scam, so be careful.
I'd also like to point out that, after I brought this up with them, they came up with new excuses every time. Or, quite simply, I was left hanging despite my follow-ups. I wouldn't recommend this residence to anyone.”

“This is the place to live in Dubai. Want to call out the front door staff Joanne, Angelica, Kiran and Ronald. The gym led by Danodya and Laksha is clean and the training is excellent. Parami and Hashini keep the sauna room and other amenities. The zoo room and keeper are excellent. As are all the guest services staff, security, and porters. I am so grateful to have stayed here!”
