“Some apartments are in good condition, others have a leaky ceiling in the bathroom, clogged drains and a nasty smell near the oven, so you need to carefully check this. And almost every evening the whole Damac Hills area smells strongly of sewerage (sometimes felt even with closed windows and a balcony).”
