“I have been living here for 4 years. Amazing building. Very clean common areas, well taken care of, just 4 floors, not overcrowded. Studio is really spacious and cozy, mine faces the pool. No smell or noises...building is in a quiet street and easy in and out of JVC. And anywhere in Dubai is 10 to 30 mins away.”
