“Stay away from this residence since it's part of Nakheel. If you come across a post on Airbnb to rent a villa there, do yourself a favor and better not to waste your time and money! We've rented a villa through Airbnb for our parents, but guess what, guests can't access the premises unless you send the owner an email, post that the owner needs to calls their management center to update the list. If the villa owners not answering the call, then good luck begging Transguard security guys to let you/your guests in even for pickup/ drop off! Delivery guys and taxis are allowed to get in with no hassle but in order for you to go pickup your tenants/ parents you have to struggle with them! The funny part, since it's surrounded by construction at the entrance, when they kick you out, you'll be allowed to get in since they have one exit only passing through the villa premises which makes no sense! C'mon we live in Dubai and it's a secure Emirate. I don't understand why the nonsense restrictions , what's the big deal if I can leave my Emirates ID, Mobile number and car plate number! It's not surprising, I used to live at the shoreline building under Nakheel and if a maid is willing to attend your apartment to clean, you have to fill an NOC form! Very sarcastic. Long story short, stay away, villas are ok, amazing views, a couple of mosquitoes everywhere but frankly speaking not worth your money because of Nakheel/ Palma Residence restrictions!! P.S. I would love to receive a call from palma residence to report one of the Transguard rude security guys! Thanks”

“Not worth the amount u will spend .. we had a 5 bedroom villa … the security forgets to update there own system so suddenly u cant access your own unit .. good job putting transguard as they are the worst service provider when it comes to security … not worth the money overall”

“Fantastic location with great views towards Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa in the distance. Surrounded by the Palm crescent and associated hotels. Great for a stroll on the beach in the winter months.”
