“Terrible service, or rather its absence. Upon arrival, we could not check in, waited several hours for booking confirmation from the service provider - and never received it. Moreover, this waiting happens not even inside the building - at the entrance there is a security guard who checks his records and says there is no reservation. By evening we left for another hotel, no one refunded the money. I do not recommend it.”

Residents are regularly confronted with unnecessary complications. Even minor issues are escalated into major problems, creating a constant atmosphere of stress. Basic services such as delivery access are unreasonably restricted or made difficult.
The conduct of the security personnel is entirely inappropriate.
They demonstrate rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional behavior, particularly towards residents of the building. Their attitude contributes to an uncomfortable and hostile living environment.
Parking arrangements represent a separate and serious issue.
For approximately six months, we were unable to properly register our vehicle. As a result, we faced ongoing parking difficulties and significant stress on a daily basis. Each time we arrived, we were forced to request manual access through the barrier, as the registration issue remained unresolved without justification.
In conclusion, this building is not suitable for living.
From management to security, the overall standard is unacceptable. The condition of the building, combined with poor administration and lack of basic service, makes it entirely unfit for residents.
I do not recommend this building under any circumstances.”

“Arrived here at 1:00 PM and we've been waiting in line for 2 hours just to see the view. We still have to wait another hour before we get to it. After we arrived and took photos, leaving takes just as long. Very poor, I don't recommend it.”

“Cheapest Palm building for a good reason ..defective pipes, multiple water leakages, guards not helping, mold and moisture in most of the studios. Its ok for short term visitor but not for long haul rental. Nightmare for tenants or landlord.”
