“Honestly, living here is really nice. The place is super well-kept and for the price, it’s really a good deal. It’s clean and the building people are always helpful. I saw some bad reviews but honestly, it looks like it’s just from Airbnb guests who had troubles with their hosts, not the building itself. So for anyone thinking to live here longer, don’t worry about those Airbnb reviews, they’re not about the actual building management at all.”

“I wouldn’t recommend renting from them. The treatment is terrible, and the staff are extremely rude. Their prices are always higher than the market average, yet the service quality is very poor compared to what they charge. If you don’t carefully read your contract before renting, trust me—you’ll be shocked by how much they deduct from you at the end of the lease.”

“It is the worst building ever, the management so bad, no maintenance even if you asked for. They will promise to fix everything but it is just words. STAY AWAY OF THIS BUILDING”

“I moved to Dubai from Australia with my family recently and find the Pantheon Boulevard apartment to be an amazing place to live. This is because it is peaceful, tranquil, and accessible to many central areas in Dubai. It is also very clean and well designed, with a Mediterranean feel. The rooftop includes a fantastic view of the area and a swimming pool. From Pantheon, I regularly visit the Circle Mall, which is only a 5-minute drive away and is about to launch a cinema very soon! The Mall of the Emirates is also close to JVC.”

“I do not recommend! Service - 1 out of 10! The fire alarm goes off at night or in the morning! I saw that 5 months ago they furnished a review about her. Can't do anything? Small children and people with a problem heart sleep here! That's horrible!”

“One of the securities at reception has a mental issues, he is very disrespectful towards ladies. I often come to visit my friends in the building and he always creates a big drama from nothing. He never informs his name or shares security manager's contact details to address the complaint towards him”
