Peninsula is a development of five towers in Business Bay, Dubai. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2021. It has 6 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Business Bay, about 13 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 13 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 45 places to eat, 15 parks and gyms and 10 shops. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 80k a year for a studio.

“I really like this community and the area, but unfortunately my experience with KAIZEN Asset Management Services has been extremely disappointing. Our property was handed over over a year ago, and we reported multiple defects at that time. Despite numerous follow-ups and emails, many of these issues remain unresolved. What was particularly frustrating was receiving a notice reminding owners that the deadline for reporting defects was approaching, even though many previously reported issues had still not been addressed. Setting a reporting deadline before resolving outstanding defects sends the wrong message and reflects poorly on the customer experience. Communication has been inconsistent, and it has often felt as though our concerns were being ignored rather than actively managed. It’s also disappointing that such a well-regarded development entrusted its property management to a company that, in my experience, has fallen far short of expectations. I sincerely hope KAIZEN improves its service level”

“I live in Peninsula One, and for the past week I have been trying to resolve an issue with my assigned parking space. I have reported it to the security team multiple times, contacted Kaizen, submitted official maintenance requests through the resident portal, and even received confirmation that my request was registered. Unfortunately, nothing has been done. My assigned parking space is still occupied by construction materials, which means I cannot use the parking space that belongs to my apartment. I am writing this review to warn future residents. If you have an issue with your parking space, don’t expect prompt assistance. Based on my experience, neither the security team nor the management has resolved the problem despite repeated requests. I sincerely hope this review finally brings attention to the issue and improves the level of service for residents.”

“I always enjoy staying at the Peninsula because it truly feels like home. The service is exceptional, and every member of the team is welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Mamoo for his kindness, professionalism, and constant support. He was always ready to help and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team. They are always cheerful, and the cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. I am very particular about cleanliness, and everything was spotless every day. I have stayed at many hotels in Business Bay, but the Peninsula is by far my favorite. Thank you to the entire team—I look forward to coming back!”

“The security guards at Peninsula know that there is a parking lot for Parkonic, which is charged automatically. They deliberately tell delivery drivers to park their vehicles We come to deliver, we are charged 25 dirhams.The UAE authorities should tell the parking lot owners to put up signs stating that there is automatic paid parking here.”
