I stayed in this building for 8 months, and my experience was excellent. The building is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The management team is professional, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed.
The maintenance service is quick, and the overall environment is peaceful, safe, and comfortable. I truly felt at home during my stay.

Living conditions are also extremely stressful. The fire alarm goes off regularly — late at night, early in the morning, and sometimes in the middle of the night — making it impossible to rest or feel safe in your own apartment.
There is ongoing construction on the pool side six days a week, with constant loud noise. Only Sundays are relatively quiet.
The furniture provided is of very poor quality and breaks easily during normal use. However, tenants are required to cover the damage costs. I personally paid for such damages upon moving out.
Complaints regarding cleaning or other issues often do not result in any real improvement, even for long-term residents. Instead of support, you feel ignored.
Although my money was eventually returned, I was pressured to delete my honest review and was told that otherwise the refund might not be processed. This raises serious concerns about transparency and professionalism.
Before choosing this place for long-term accommodation, think carefully about whether you are willing to deal with such practices and level of service.
Overall, instead of feeling like a resident or valued guest, you feel constantly pressured and treated unfairly. This is not what anyone expects when choosing long-term housing.”

“My experience with this property and its management was крайне disappointing.
The building has ongoing issues with maintenance — frequent fire alarm activations at different hours, construction noise six days a week on one side, and visible hygiene problems in common areas, including cockroaches in corridors and in the garbage room. The furniture provided is old, low quality, and easily damaged.
The rules regarding guests are extremely strict. According to the contract, every visitor must be registered, otherwise there is a fine of 500 AED. Guests are also not allowed to enter after 23:00. These restrictions feel excessive and create unnecessary pressure for residents.
Communication with the management company is difficult, especially when it comes to financial matters. Refund requests, including deposit-related issues, are not handled transparently and require significant follow-up. There is also pressure to remove negative reviews, which raises concerns about how feedback is managed.
In my opinion, transparency and fair treatment of residents should be a priority. It’s important for future tenants to be fully aware of these conditions before making a decision.”

“We stayed here for a short period on a monthly basis, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
The building maintenance is clearly lacking. Cockroaches can be seen in the corridors and especially in the garbage room. The furniture is old and very low quality, and some items feel worn out or unstable.
There is construction taking place on one side of the building six days a week, from morning till night you just hear terrible noise ,sleeping there is impossible. In addition, the fire alarm is triggered quite often at different hours, including late at night and early morning. On top of that the smell of Chinese restaurant throughout the entire building is killing, however if anyone of tenants will cook something than you will be adressed for inappropriate smell from your apartment.
Communication with management does not always lead to effective solutions, and overall the level of service does not match expectations.”
