“Now delivery riders are parking there motor cycle inside the Prime Residence 1, after Parkins started paid parking in International city. Must be someone allowed him to park the motorbike and charge him which is illegal by law.”

“Another place where I stayed for two months was International City, Dubai. This area is good in terms of safety, and the management is also helpful to leaseholders.”

“Its a very loud building, kids playing in corridor at any given time dispited calling security each and everytime to stop them or to speak with their parents, its not agood place to live if u r looking for a quite place to sleep and relax after work”

“Poorly designed building, Lanlords are cheap, landlords dont do required maintenance. Tenants have to bare all maintenance cost, AC is very bad as they are old Chinese and only 2ton for 1bhk whic is not sufficient.”
