“It was a wonderful 3 years in Razan House, the maintenance staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I commend Wilma from the management for being so accommodating and responsive to any of our queries. Maintenance team are always available to fix any issues we had. Thanks Wilma!”

“Worst response by Mr Mohammed and Ms Wilma(Asico Management). Mr shafi commits wrong information. If you are not care about money/self please stay/choose in this building otherwise don’t prefer.”

“Doesn't even deserve a 1 star for this property. Our 1 month free rent is almost finish and not once did we use the pool as it is under renovation since we moved in the bldg. Didn't return our cheque for 7 months now (numerous reminders has been made but no update till now!!). Informed them three months ago about our non renewal and constantly asking them to confirm and reply to our email, unfortunately no response from their side. Worst customer service! I think this real estate company doesn't want to have tenants in their bldg. Update : Make sure to inform them before three months of your non-renewal of contract. Asking for discount doesn't count and they will never reply to you (you have to go directly to their office). AGAIN THEY WILL NEVER REPLY TO YOU. This is a scheme so that they will force you to pay a rent of 46k dhs for 1bhk flat (initial contract was 37k) at the time of renewal or pay 6 months rent for vacating the flat. They are doing this to other tenants as well as we saw other tenants complaining the same when we visited their office. Please be careful before deciding to move to their property. It's not worth it!!”

“Worst management at Asico real estate, they are not honest people! Never recommend to deal with these people at all They are not answering to any email and phone calls And if they answer always they will say management is in meeting Their trick is by not answering you emails and calls force you to stay their and continue the contract Or after you want to move out they will tell security to not receive key from you, and for each extra day you have key , you should pay rent So never deal with them and if you are already tenant their , 3 months before your contract finishes email them (not for them to reply to you, send it so you have it for court and future references that you notified them you want to move so by law nothing is against you) and if they didn't accept receiving apartment key directly go to dubai land and give the key to court and judge, because for each extra day they will charge you It's their trick and NEVER deal with Asico They are worst real estate ever Update: Now they replied to my review here and asking me to send them email for any comments or concerns! I can't believe it! I emailed them more than 10 time about necessary things they didn't answer and now they want to hear my comment? They are replying like this to keep the face! Don't trust them”

“very bad experience with the real estate guys.my brother and family was staying there for one year.then requested for a rent reduction and they refused.we were giving 60k for 2bhk while the average rent in the area is below 50k.moreover they were giving the same for 51k to new tenants.then we asked for internal shifting to a room without balcony.that also denied.finally we decided to shift from there.then only we came to know the real estate guys are not bad,they are the worst greedy people.out of our deposit they were reducing 1800AED without anyproper reason,they are telling some stupid things which are not happend from us.but the ball is in their court so we decided to give them the balance of the deposit as alms for them.eat it and be happy.never ever recommend this real estate to anyone. At last they replied to my review... The time took for that itself is a lesson for others”
