“We are staying in remal tower from last 1 year and had a good experience overall security wise and other amenities wise..however there are few improvement areas in which vakson management can take care of.... overall liveable society !!!!”

“My experience living in Remal Tower has been extremely frustrating. I moved in September, and in less than four months I have already had to report the same humidity issue in the bedroom walls five times. Each time the maintenance team simply repaints the wall instead of fixing the source of the problem, and the damage returns again. Several neighbors are now experiencing mold due to the same humidity issue, and some are reportedly moving out because of it. On top of that, I have also dealt with: • Repeated WC water leaks • Bad smell coming from a neighboring apartment • Constant bird noise 24/7, which security has been informed about multiple times without action Every maintenance visit leaves the apartment needing professional cleaning, which I have had to pay for myself. It is very disappointing to face this many issues in such a short time, especially when permanent solutions are never implemented. I hope management takes this seriously because humidity and mold are serious health concerns, not cosmetic problems.”

“Do you want to stay relaxed ? Don’t come to this shitty building, With some noisy animals from neighbors and from security attitude, and from management how they treat tenants and they do nothing good or on time. The list can still go on and on. So poor building”

“POOR SERVICES. response time for maintenance request is very bad. maintenance is chargeable to tenant. you need to pay if they change light or even bulb. i hope during my stay A/C and Heater will working fine otherwise i need to pay that as well.”
