“Whenever AC maintenance comes during the summer, nobody is ready to do the work because it is extremely difficult to reach the outdoor unit. In the bathroom and kitchen, there is no exhaust system.A building of this nature does not deserve to be paid such a high price.”

“Thanks god I’ve sold my flat in that building, pest control never worked with the monster insects, the exhaust system doesn’t work at all, the dust is coming out of no where. Pretty old building with a careless management who just want to put extra service charges on the owners heads Without doing a proper work.”

“Sorry to say that, but it’s a very dirty building. Full of cockroaches and too smelly.”
