“Very bad experience at Rivington Heights. The building is extremely dirty and full of insects, and the management is unhelpful. They charge around 3000 AED for “maintenance” but fix nothing—if anything breaks, you pay for it yourself. When I moved out, they deducted almost 90% of my security deposit for no valid reason. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend.”

“ABSOLUTE DISASTER – RUN AWAY! Save yourself the headache, money, and health risks—do NOT lease here. The building is filthy, smells awful, and the pest situation is completely out of control. Cockroaches and bugs have practically taken over the apartment On top of that, the A/C is essentially useless. I submitted multiple urgent maintenance requests just to get brushed off with broken promises and lies. Management is a ghost town—completely unresponsive, unhelpful, and indifferent to living conditions. Moving here was a massive mistake. Consider yourself warned!”

“One star only because zero stars is not an option. This has been the worst residential experience I have had since moving to Dubai in 2016. Over the years, I have lived in several places, but unfortunately this has been the worst year of housing I have ever experienced. The building management, including Hi Sandy and the parties responsible for management and leasing, did not meet the level of service I expected as a tenant. I repeatedly faced difficulties getting responses to complaints and follow-ups, and maintenance work was often slow or insufficient. During my stay, I experienced frequent water outages. There were also recurring issues with the air conditioning in the corridors and common areas, especially during hot weather. Even inside my apartment, the air conditioning performance was extremely poor and caused ongoing discomfort throughout my tenancy. In addition, the level of cleanliness in the building was below expectations, and the overall maintenance of the facilities clearly required much better attention and follow-up. I live on the sixth floor, and during my tenancy I noticed that a number of residents moved out of the building. During my stay, I also heard concerns from other residents regarding the management and the quality of services provided. Today is the final day of my tenancy contract, and unfortunately the problems continued until the very end. The move-out permit was significantly delayed, and after numerous follow-ups and email exchanges, it was finally issued very late. I was also asked to pay additional fees and charges, which made the move-out process even more difficult. Instead of having a clear and smooth tenancy and move-out experience, I found myself constantly having to follow up in order to receive responses or solutions to the issues I encountered throughout my stay. I strongly advise anyone considering renting here to read all reviews carefully and take the time to understand the experiences of current and former residents before making a decision. Thankfully, today is my last day in this building, and I sincerely hope that no other tenant has to go through the same experience I did. If you have had a similar experience, please consider liking this review so that it becomes more visible and helps future tenants make a more informed decision.”

“Very bad experience. On the moving day, we found that the AC was not working, so we refused to take the keys until it was fixed. After weeks of delays and false promises, we discovered that the entire building had AC issues, poor maintenance, and bad management. I would strongly recommend staying away from this property. thnx god we didn’t move in”
