“One thing that’s really disappointing is the condition of the parking area on P4. Every day, there are a lot of bird droppings on the floor and on parked cars. It’s frustrating to come back to a car that’s covered in bird poop almost daily. The area also has an unpleasant smell because the droppings are not being cleaned regularly. This not only makes the parking level look unhygienic but also creates an unpleasant experience for residents and visitors.”

“I’ve had a great experience living at RMT Residence. The building is modern, well-maintained, and the apartments are very spacious. The management team is professional and always helpful with any requests. It’s a quiet and family-friendly environment with excellent amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable home around JVC”

“Love the place, JVC is kind of ideal for families, you got the circle mall for any groceries, sports, dinning. Though you can order anything online. The neighborhood has a lot of parks and people around are quite friendly. Tried the public transport just today, it might take a while to get to the metro but at 10 uad that’s truly cheap compared to grabbing a cab. Beware of peak hours as there’s usually heavy traffic coming inside the area. Other than that it’s better just to rent or buy a car.”

“We lived at RMT Residence with our family for three years. Overall, we were very satisfied: good management, an excellent maintenance team, a nice pool and gym. Everything was convenient, and we can definitely recommend it as a great place to live. We’ll miss it!”
