From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Great community, however the lack of competence from the community management team makes it challenging sometimes. Their level of a cooperation can be a 2 on a 10 point scale , 10 being most responsive. Because every 3 month you might get a reply. We are approaching our first decade here , our 8th year and to be honest community management is a huge issue for us and most of the residents here”

“Rockwood is the biggest living community in the Damac Hills residential area. It is adjacent to a great park. Family oriented community with loads of activities managed by LOAMS/Damac.”
