“I reserved a two-bedroom apartment, and the first thing I noticed was that there’s no sound insulation and you can hear all the street noise. I tried calling the front desk, but they said they could only move me to a one-bedroom apartment. Then they moved me to a higher floor, which wasn’t any different from the previous apartment.”
