“Sahara Meadows 1 is a very calm and peaceful place to live. The ambience is really nice and the community has a vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere. The neighbours are very friendly and supportive, which makes it a great place for family bonding and community living.
One of the best advantages is the immediate access to E311, making travel very convenient. The community also has spacious walking areas, perfect for evening walks and kids to play safely. The 2 covered car parking spaces are very useful as well.
The Owners Association is very active and supportive to both tenants and owners, which really helps in maintaining the community well. The security team is also very friendly, helpful, and approachable.
Another good thing is the quarterly community get-togethers, which help residents connect and build a strong neighbourhood relationship. Overall, a wonderful place for families looking for comfort, peace, safety, and a friendly community.”

The environment is calm, clean, and perfect for families looking for privacy and comfort. It offers a great balance between tranquility and convenience. Delivery services are available through all major apps Carrefour, Talabat, Careem, which makes daily life very convenient for residents. Very close to AlMaktom Airport Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed lifestyle yet accessible.”
