“Since SBK took over the building management, the overall quality of service has gone from bad to worse. The air conditioning and ventilation in the common areas have been switched off to cut costs, leaving the corridors with an unbearable smell. Many of the corridor lights are also turned off, making the building look dark, unwelcoming, and poorly maintained. They have also restricted access to the gym and swimming pool by limiting them to specific operating hours, which do not suit the schedules of many residents. “Absolute terrible service. The common area ac is now switched off by SBK as per the security to save money. This is too much.”

“One of the most luxurious buildings with plenty of amenities. The flats are much more spacious than in other buildings and come with large balconies. Designed by Atrium Architectural and Engineering Consultants, the overall design and layout are impressive”
