From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“There is no security in this building. This is the second time something has been stolen from in front of my apartment door. I left a return package outside for pickup, and it was taken. Without CCTV cameras in the hallways, there is no way to prove anything, which means neither management, security, nor the police can take action. As a result, I lost items worth 500 AED because I couldn’t complete my return. This situation is extremely frustrating and makes the building feel unsafe.”
