“This is the first time I've encountered such terrible developer service!!!! We bought two apartments same time from the developer HRE. All the agents, administration, and finance staff—everyone is unresponsive for this developer. We haven't received any payment receipts or invoices! It's impossible to get through to them by phone or email; no one answers! It's impossible to get anything out of them! Visiting them is also useless; we can wait for hours for anyone to contact us, and nothing happens. Very bad work and service!!!!”
