“I recently visited on 28 Aug 2025 a friend at this South Ridge tower 5 to get a feel for the environment, as I was considering renting an apartment here myself. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. The receptionist or security staff—Asad Khan, wearing a black coat—was watching a movie at the desk and responded to me in a rude and dismissive way. No greeting, no assistance, just attitude. It felt like he assumed I was “just a visitor” and didn’t deserve basic respect. When I asked to use the washroom in the lobby, he told me it’s not allowed for visitors and that it’s kept locked because of them. That response felt unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place that’s supposed to represent professionalism and hospitality. If this is how staff treat guests, I worry how my own visitors would be treated in the future. I value respectful service, and this experience made me reconsider my decision entirely.”

“Very nice “community” despite not being a community. There are dog parks and the buildings are pet friendly. Don’t recommend if you’re scared of dogs 😅”

“45 minute delay. I arrived at 9 PM but check-in was at 2 PM, meaning 8 hours after the scheduled check-in time. The apartment was supposed to be ready, and the staff told me I arrived late for check-in. This is not professional treatment for a place rated 10. This is incorrect. I am requesting compensation from the building management and they should contact me as soon as possible.”

“I wish I could rate them 0 stars ! We have been having noise issues since two months due to the nails shop undergoing renovations in the middle of the night instead of the daylight where we are all at work ! Everynight i am calling the security which pretends they are not aware and never found a solution since two months. Unacceptable from Emaar management, I have emailed them several times and still no response!!!”
