“I appreciate the spacious layout of the apartment and the outdoor area, which is great for children to play. Unfortunately, the overall living experience is heavily affected by frequent, extremely loud alarms that can last for an hour. This happens far too often and is simply not acceptable. I would not recommend renting in this building unless you are away from home most of the day. If you work from home, have small children, or pets, the noise becomes a genuinely stressful and unpleasant experience. Additionally, the building lacks an indoor playroom, and the gym is very small with outdated equipment.”

“Well maintained tower, easy access to school, minimart, clinic, laundry, cafes, restaurants. But due to the areas limited entrance and exit, whenever there is huge matches, traffic gets crazy. Your 3min drive will become 1.5 hour, so make sure to plan ahead”

“A nice residential complex with amazing balconies and spacious rooms. However the place is far from any public transport and not many groceries or shopping available close by. There are a few restaurants below...but limited choice. The water opposite smells if not cleaned and plenty of bugs and insects. There is a nice play area for kids and a sports person would feel like home. The place is a good one for affordable living.”

“will share the truth because i wish someone did before i moved in. 1. fire alarms every other day, at the worst times too. like 5am on a sunday, 1am on a work day. 2. pool area has around 6 sunbeds only. 3. gym equipment is old. 4. half the year there are bugs that cover the whole building walls and ceiling, including your balconies and inside your apartment if you leave the window open. they die on the walls and stain them. they come from the canal. soams refuses to pest control. 5. bathroom has no window, gets extremely muggy. 6. rent is too high 7. one star for a nice apartment with high ceilings.”
