And many people are living there doing broker facility acting very bad taking deposit and the canceling the contract from their mind. Very bad experience I don’t advise for this building because of this and the security attitude.”

“One of the cleanest towers in the area, though it is a bit old and it shows, gym is terrible, and if you have slightly low car, the parking exit will damage its bumper, some apartments have fantastic views over Dubai skyline!”

“This building is very nice it has a park on the 7th floor which makes living here a different experience but building management sometimes not up to the mark squash court and swimming pool also available but Gym is not again the best but buildingnis very good for kids again the rent is too high these days since appts are owned by individuals and they demand too much not like one owner building....”

“I once visited friends who live here. The building is decent, with plenty of children for your kids to play with. However, it can be quite noisy if you don't have children. The public spaces are clean, but there's often an unpleasant smell in the oasis area at night that you can notice even from inside the home.”
