“I have been staying at S.S. Lootah for some time now, and overall my experience has been okay. The staff in the building are friendly, kind, and always willing to help, which I really appreciate.
However, there are a few areas that need improvement. There are frequent cockroach issues, and the garbage chute area on the first floor is often untidy and looks messy.
Another concern is the parking policy. While I understand that additional parking spaces come at an extra cost, many residents are still recovering financially after losing their jobs due to the war. “The building is in terrible condition, the management is unprofessional, there are always many insects, there are foul smells, there is no cleanliness, the management does not answer calls, and it is expensive without providing any services compared to apartments in the same area.”

Another concern is the parking policy. While I understand that additional parking spaces come at an extra cost, many residents are still recovering financially after losing their jobs due to the war. When we asked if we could pay for the parking in four instalments, management said they only allow two. It would be helpful if management could consider more flexible payment options, especially for tenants who have always paid their rent on time. Even requesting proof of financial hardship before approving additional instalments would be a reasonable approach.
I hope management takes these concerns into consideration, as addressing them would make living here a much better experience for everyone.”

“I would like to raise a complaint regarding an Indian female staff member who, as far as I know, is the assistant manager or deputy manager.
Unfortunately, she has been very uncooperative with the residents. She does not respond to messages, and whenever we request something, she seems unwilling to help. She has never been supportive and makes residents feel as though they are living in her personal building, rather than in a place where they are paying to live.
I kindly ask the management to review her performance and reconsider her appointment. Please consider assigning someone who is professional, respectful, and cooperative with residents of all nationalities, rather than showing preference toward only one nationality.

“As a tenant, I had a few concerns during my stay, but I was genuinely impressed with how professionally everything was handled. The team responded quickly, listened carefully to my complaints, and made sure each issue was resolved efficiently. Their communication was clear and reassuring throughout the process.
Customer care was also excellent—they were always polite, responsive, and willing to help whenever needed. It made a big difference knowing that support was readily available.
Overall, despite the initial challenges, my experience turned out to be very positive. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the team in ensuring tenant satisfaction.”

“I had a great stay at SS Lootah Residence in JVC. The place is clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.”
