“We viewed many apartments in this building and noticed insects in several areas, which was very disappointing. We also spoke with residents in the community, and many of them shared negative experiences with the management. According to the residents, the staff are often unhelpful and do not handle issues professionally. Based on what we personally saw and what we heard from current residents, we would not recommend living in this building. We will also be sharing our full experience, along with reviews of other buildings we visit in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), on our YouTube channel soon.”

“I have been living in this building for already 3 years, and every single year I renew my contract because this is truly the best building and management I have experienced. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to live in. A special thank you to Mrs. Anna — she is always there to help, very professional, kind, and supportive. She makes living here even better with the way she takes care of the residents. I’m going on vacation soon, and honestly I’m already looking forward to coming back to the same building again. Highly recommended!”

“my 7 months of stay in this building is wonderful, clean hallways, and attentive cleaning staff. Admin staff also goes out of their way to help me in processing for my bills since mostly I do not have the time for it. Would highly recommend this community.”

“Stay away from this building. Why? Noise fronm the construction next to it from 6am to 6pm, bugs comes from the vents, Security guy wants to know everyones business, gym, what gym? Pool is dirty, walls are thin, u can hear what your neighbors are doing and also smell what they are cooking. I got locked up all the way on the 11th floor by the fire alarm for no reason at all a malfunction they called it, this prevented the elevator from working preventing me from getting to work on time I had to go downstairs on high heels, uniform a suitcase and a cabin bag just to be able to make it up and even then I was late this was a huge problem because I was a cabin crew and missed my flight. Not to mentioned the stairs were blocked by old furniture so in case of a real fire good luck getting out of that building. The staff vere shady and unprofessional looking. The owner is super shady also.”
