“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been part of The Bay community for almost 4 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is exceptionally well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. What truly makes The Bay special is the sense of community. The residents, management, security, and maintenance teams all contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place to live. The staff are always professional, helpful, and responsive. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been part of The Bay community for almost 4 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is exceptionally well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. What truly makes The Bay special is the sense of community. The residents, management, security, and maintenance teams all contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place to live. The staff are always professional, helpful, and responsive. The location is fantastic, and the building is kept clean and organized at all times. After nearly 4 years here, I can confidently say that The Bay is one of the best communities in the area, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality home in Business Bay.”

“The Bay has been my home for the past 2 years and I couldn't be happier! The staff, receptionists, security, and most importantly Mr. Abdelihsan are amazing. Mr. Abdelihsan helped me with an issue i facing. He was very understanding, efficient, and professional!! Thanks for the entire team. You make my stay so pleasant!!”

“As a Delivery Guy , I would share my Experience I'm really glad to visit here as I found a Public Prayer Area& Ablution place & a Restroom . Second I wanna request the Managment to Make specific parking area for Delivery & Mentainance staff please ... Because there's always full parking outside & also Police Patroling here so a Men who came to deliver something or visit where he'll park ? If you won't allow it . I think Resident should take step on this Also . Thanks for Your attention”

“Stayed at this building several times - the front staff are normally okay however a gentleman named Ashraf stopped me going up to my room even when I’ve been here for weeks. He held the elevator stopping me from going upstairs in piece saying I have to keep my card with at all times (normally it’s with me but I didn’t have it with me) very rude behaviour and unprofessional.”

“Very bad experience with the reception and security of this building. Amir and the security staff speak in a very rude and unprofessional way, refusing to help tenants or clients and even making threats instead of solving problems. In addition, another receptionist, named Saer, gives out contact numbers of illegal brokers who work without proper authorization. This is completely unacceptable and damages the reputation of the building. Management should pay attention, because tenants and clients deserve respect and professional service, not rude treatment and illegal activities at reception”
